Scott, his Dad, his Brother-in-Law, two friends, and I went out to the house site on Sunday and started cutting up the trees. It was a very cold day, wearing multiple layers and keeping busy was key, I had enough on that the cold did not really bother me. I was only able to stay for about 4 hours, but the guys worked from about 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Together we were able to cut up and move about 16 trees, and we have about 8 to go. Guess what I am doing again this weekend.  :-)

Last week I made chili and we roasted hotdogs on the fire we made from the brush pile.  I have no idea what I’ll make this week, any suggestions?
