Our house is coming along nicely. They have been working hard on the outer shell of the house, and they are scheduled to pour the concrete floor of the garage tomorrow.

Just a lurker...but not a crazy one so don't worry. Are your girls going to HSE? Erin's classroom looks just like my daughter's kindergarten classroom.

Yes they are going to HSE, we just moved into the district.

Small world! My daughter has been in the district since kindergarten and is now in 8th grade next door at NWV. The principal at HSE, Ms Moore, is great! You probably have never met a more dedicated principal than that woman. Also our superintendent, Dr Urkelvich, has done wonders for our district. He's a very friendly man and is really involved with the kids and the district.

Your house is beautiful and is coming along nicely. It looks like you're secluded too! Welcome to the neighborhood. :-)

Kathie, I agree, it is a small world. I am glad to hear such good reports about the district; it is always difficult to move schools. We have asked everyone that we could find about the schools and they have all said that they are good, and they are improving. I have a Kindergartener and a 2nd grader and so far they love HSE.

Oh no, the crazy cat lady symptoms are already evident. I'm in trouble. :)

Sure, you're the same age. That's what all the crazy cat-ladies say.

Thanks Donna. I will work on getting more photos. I need to get some of the kids on the 4-wheeler. They rode it for about 2 hours yesterday while Scott and I put up the mail box. They are becoming country kids. :)

Congratulations to the Ashwells on their new, beautiful home!!!

Did you move in on your anniversary?

We need more photos when it warms up.

I think y'all have epitomized the word fortitude, especially from Aug. to Feb.

Has your fireplace been hanging around the 'wrong sort' lately?

My friend's daughter (she's in Mrs Navo's class) is singing tonight too. She told me last night that today is her "special day." They are sooo cute at that age!

No, that is not my house. Mine is in the woods but there is no lake. It is near the strobe light on the channel 24 tower.
