This has been a busy week. We put our current house on the market on Monday and on Wednesday we got an offer! We sent them a counter offer so hopefully they will accept and we will have the house sold. I hope so because that would be one less thing that we need to worry about.
Things are going well with the new house. We now have a deck (minus the railings), all but two windows have been installed, and the walls for our front porch have been poured. The ventilation ducts are moving along nicely and as soon as they are finished the Electric and pluming can be stared. Scott is working on installing our Ice House Roof and our in house audio components were delivered this week.
I have signed both of the girls up for Girl Scouts and that starts next week, and I am now in charge of Erin’s class Valentines party. Thank goodness for computers, otherwise I would never keep this stuff strait.

I'm curious. Is your house in the woods looking over Lake Montowese? For months I've been driving past a (new) driveway but I can't see a house from the road...and I always wonder if it's maybe yours.
