Sorry it has been such a long time since I have posted an update. It has been crazy busy these last few weeks. Since we are the official painters of our house we have been spending a great deal of time painting lately. I did not want the house to be all white when we moved in so we have eight different paint colors on the walls to make it more interesting. After using up about 70 gallons of paint, we are almost done; we only have the great room and the halls to go. Of course the great room is open to the second floor so the ceiling ranges from 10 ft to about 18 feet in height, so wish us luck. Next we get to paint all of the doors and trim, and stain the Stair railings, and mantle. 
Yesterday was a great day of milestones for the house, our siding installation is now complete, our well is operational, the septic tank is fully installed, and we are able to turn the light on in several of the rooms! I just love progress!
